Reading Teen

From Reading Teen Blog (http://ReadingTeen.blogspot.com/)I had my doubts about this book. I mean what kind of name is Stargirl right? I. Was. Wrong. I loved this book. I finished it in less than a day and I could hardly set it down. It's funny and I was in love with the characters until about five chapters to the end. The only book I've ever cried in was Old Yeller when I was nine (I was so mad at my mom for having me read that). Although it was moving, I didn't even cry in Speak. I didn't cry when Dumbledore, Dobby, or Fred died. I can honestly say this was the closest I have come since. I'm not even sure why I felt so strongly about it, I was just so worried that it was going to drop off and end and I would never be able to live with the ending. I would recommend this book and even though the ending is not "Happily Ever After" it gives you a glint of hope at the end.~KitWondering about content? Check http://ParentalBookReviews.com/
