I have extremely mixed feelings about this book. On one hand, I absolutely love Kate and Vincent. I love how tough Kate is even though she's just a human, and how she can hold her own with the revenants. I love how much Vincent loves Kate, how he's trying to deny his "calling" just to be with her, even though it's nearly impossible. Also, I love their "family" of revenants, how much they take care of each other and how much they've come to love, accept, and protect Kate. What I wasn't crazy about, and it pains me to say this, but I felt like almost nothing happened. Like the whole book had a few crucial scenes, but most of it just seemed like "filler" space. Maybe I expected too much from it. I adored the first one, and maybe I just set my hopes too high for this one, but it was a bit disappointing that I didn't like it as much. I really did enjoy it, I just wish there had been a little bit more, but I'll still be anxiously awaiting the sequel! -KitReadingteen.netContent: Sexual Content: Mild Profanity: Moderate Violence: ModerateFor more info, check out Until I Die on Parentalbookreviews.com
